Pastor William A. Kirlew and Sylvia Kirlew founded a ministry more than 29 years ago that offers hope, relief and prosperity.
The Maranatha Seventh-day Adventist Church in Carol City started in a rented chapel, with less than ten members.
From these humble roots Maranatha Seventh-day Adventist Church has grown and mushroomed into a landmark. The church now owns the original chapel, a large modern church building that seats 800, a fellowship hall, a child development center, and five acres of land adjoining the complex that is now home to the New William A. Kirlew Junior Academy.
As a result of the unique growth process started by Pastor Kirlew and continued by Dr. Keith R. Harding, “multiplying by division, “eleven “daughter churches” have begun. Some of these churches have an average membership of over 300.
